The Gosport Mayor came to visit us at school and had a grand tour of our school  led by our Head Girl and Head Boy.  The Lady Mayor was especially keen to visit as she herself attended Elson Junior School!

Respect Presentation

Each term, children are nominated by their teachers for being respectful.  One child from each class is chosen and they are able to attend a special presentation at the Town Hall, with a member of their family.  The Mayor of Gosport meets with them and presents them with a special trophy.  They also have a visit to the Mayor’s Parlour.  It is a very exciting and special event.
